Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return an Item:
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email sales@kayakspecialists.com.au to request a refund and we will assign you a return number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

Quote your Return Number.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Returns will not be made if you have simply changed your mind.

We do not refund the shipping and handling on the order. Transaction fees paid by us will also not be covered in the refund.

Exchanges

If you have purchased the incorrect item, we are happy to swap it over, You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged once the order has been Processed by a staff member. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

A 1.5% surcharge applies to all Credit Card Purchases.
